We asked various members of the doll business to join us in sharing their reflections on the previous year and their predictions for the doll industry in 2022, including both personal highlights and broad ideas and observations. Following their review of the previous year in last week’s piece, let’s see what they have in store for the coming year. I am quite enthusiastic about the reintroduction of doll shows in 2022 thanks to vaccination passports in Canada. Since the fall of 2019, none have been present. Even though it can be difficult for me to maintain enough dolls in stock for a full table, I appreciate being visible and acknowledged as an artist in my neighborhood of doll enthusiasts.
