To preserve the best taste and quality we incorporated a double packing process.

This double packaging dramatically reduces the light exposure and as a result our tasty flavor lasts for long time. This also avoids our packages getting torn during the shipping process. We have also adapted the vacuum process to avoid oxidization and keep our great taste.

GIMBAP & CALIFORNIA ROLL

Gimbap is a Korean dish made from cooked rice and other ingredients that are rolled in gim-dried sheets of nori seaweed-and served in bite-sized slices. It is a popular take-out food in Korea and abroad, and is known as a convenient food because of its portability.

TEMAKI (HAND ROLLED)

Temaki sushi is sometimes called a “hand roll” because it is made of a rolled cone of seaweed, wrapped around rice and fillings. you just need to prepare a platter of sushi rice, nori (seaweed sheets) and fillings such as sashimi-grade fish and sliced veggies or mango.

ONIGIRI (RICE BALL)

Onigiri is a Japanese food made from white rice formed into triangular or cylindrical shapes and often wrapped in nori. Traditionally an onigiri is filled with pickled ume, salted salmon, katsuobushi, kombu, tarako or any other salty or sour ingredient as a natural preservative.
