The Servant Leadership Book
The Servant Leadership Book: A Simple Story About The True Essence of Leadership, composed by James C. Tracker, brings out immortal standards of authority and respectability in a story structure. The story is about a man named John Daily who has his needs stirred up. At the demand of his significant other, he hesitantly consented to go on seven days in length profound retreat where he would have an encounter that turns his life around. The actual story is just to some degree connecting with and has a few incomplete strings. In any case, the contemplations and standards educated are important and make it worth the (fast) read.
About The Servant Leadership Book
The creator discusses the old worldview of administration where the workers (‘snorts’) are at the lower part of the pyramid, and as you climb you have bosses, center chiefs, VPs, and the CEO. He turns that worldview on its head and shows a topsy turvy pyramid with representatives at the top, on down to the CEO. Through this perspective, he shows how evident pioneers serve individuals who work for them, and the bleeding edge representatives serve their clients. The job of a pioneer isn’t to run over others, yet to serve them.
